24th Febrary 2008: Following my write up on the problems I had with the Berk Technology intercooler pipe fouling the TRD strut brace, I was contacted by a guy from EMSPowered who had read my page and informed me that they had made a custom cold pipe for Greddy style IC's designed to fit under a TRD brace..... so I bought one :)

The pipe is very well made, and fits perfectly. I can now also run my throttle cable over the top of the pipes and not risk it melting from the manifold heat. My pipe came with the optional 'hump' hoses.

Due to the proximity of the pipe to the manifold, I decided to lag the new cold pipe with ThermoTec Cool-It Adhesive Aluminized Heat Barrier.

And finally, with the TRD strut brace fitted once more :)
